The work of an Orthodontist!

This is more than a smile. This lights up a room. This shows confidence. This is a work of art. This is the work of an orthodontist. Check out http://www.taegerorthodontics.com/!

Your new smile!

Getting a smile straight can be puzzling. When it comes to to putting together a straight smile for your child, an orthodontist completes the picture. Only orthodontists receive an extra 2-3 years of specialized education beyond the four years of dental school to learn the proper way to align and straighten teeth. The expertise of Taeger Orthodontics will make you smile!

Don't forget about safety!

Taeger Orthodontics always recommends the use of a mouth guard when playing any kind of contact sports! Be sure to ask us which kind to use because not all mouth guards are appropriate while you are wearing braces. Those that are suitable are available in our office. Remember: saftey first!

Future NASA Space Scientist!

Taeger Orthodontics Florissant patient and future NASA space scientist Patrick M. has a real "taste" for what it is like to blast things into space. His Uncle Bruce has an interesting offer he makes to his nephews: When they turn 13 and can demonstrate a lot of "down-to-earth" responsibility, he makes them a "potato cannon", which they use to "blast" into the New Year. A little PVC pipe, some propellant, a simple ignition, and a few potatoes and they are good to go. Not only does it "pack a good bang", it sends the potatoes over 100 feet!...After that, are they then "smashed potatoes" or "hash browns"?

Diving Competition at Hazelwood West High School

Taeger Orthodontics Florissant office patient Amy Von H. is a 1st year diver for Hazelwood West High School. She took 6th place at the diving competition on Thursday, February 11, 2010. Each of the 10 competing girls had to perform 11 dives. Remarkably, a week before, Amy hit her head in a competition against Hazelwood East and barely made it to the finals because of a concussion that she sustained to her head! She hopes one day to compete in the olympics as a diver and also as a swimmer. Go Amy!

Coffee, tea, cocoa and Wi-Fi!

For our Florissant Office patients and parents, we now have a new coffee bar along with our Wi-Fi capability. So while you are working away on your computers, why not enjoy a really good cup of coffee, tea or cocoa (along with a tasty snack!) while you are waiting for your son or daughter to have their orthodontic adjustments made. And if you don't have an appointment but happen to be in the area, stop in, say hi, and help yourself...the coffee is always fresh! We happen to like your company!
